Good equipment, kitchen, everything available, washing machine, detergent and dryer ! Jacuzzi in the bedroom, fireplace. What more could you ask for? From here all excursions in the national park can be started. Free underground car park.
We were satisfied, I think the partial bad reviews come from there, there are probably different owners who have different offers .

Spacious apartment with gas fireplace. On balcony grill. Beds good. In the kitchen everything necessary is available. 4 days stay were very relaxing. Downtown within walking distance. Free parking space in the underground car park.

Very good location, sufficient parking possibilities in the underground car park. Code required for access to underground car park, code required for access to lift from underground car park. Ideal for 2 people. Very clean.

The beds were extremely comfy, the rooms were good sized and functional with a 3 person hot tub, everything was excellent. The hotel was in a particularly good and excellent position really close to Banff, downtown, and restaurants like the Grizzly Paw. The provided service was great. The staff was helpful and amiable all the time.
